In the process of storage, agricultural products and food are easy to be infected by fungi and other harmful organisms due to condensation, fever, high environmental humidity and other reasons, which not only lead to the deterioration of quality, but even produce toxins, threatening the life and health of the consumers. Therefore, it is very important to detect the pest infection in the storage process of bulk agricultural products, which is conducive to timely implementation of effective pest control measures to reduce the loss of agricultural products.

In order to effectively and rapidly monitor pests in bulk agricultural products, we proposed a rapid detection method based on nano sensing atlas, and carried out detailed modeling of typical pests, which mainly solved a series of key problems such as how to obtain pests, how to achieve nano sensing, how to improve the sensing efficiency and how to analyze the sensing atlas. Through the optimization of the preparation of nano sensors and the constructed database, we have applied for 4 related patents which have been authorized. The research results have also been published in Sensors and Actuators B Chemical, Food Chemistry and other famous international journals.
