The invention relates to the technical field of precision planter of agricultural machinery, in particular to an electromechanical leveling device of precision planter for field seedling cultivation based on PLC controller.
Seeding is an important technical link in the process of agricultural production, and seeder is the core component to realize mechanization and precision seeding. In recent years, the planting area of super rice has been expanding continuously. Compared with conventional rice, super rice has the advantages of tall plant type, strong stalk, strong corn capacity, large ear and many grains. Sparse planting was adopted, which was conducive to miliary generation and single plant growth, forming high-yield population structure, and planting 5000-7000 fewer holes per mu than regular rice. This puts forward a higher standard for seeding and seedling cultivation technology, requiring that the seeding accuracy should be improved from 3 ~ 5 seeds/hole to 1 ~ 2 seeds/hole. Precision seeding has become the main feature of modern seeding technology. The pneumatic suction vibrating disc precision seeder for field seedling cultivation is to form "quasi-fluid" by the vibration of the seed plate to separate seeds from each other,so that the pneumatic suction parts can complete the precision sowing. In the process of seeds being thrown, the vibrating seed tray is required to vibrate up and down, and the seeds to move vertically up and down. However, due to the different working conditions in the field, there must be some uneven situation, which requires a level adjustment device to make the vibrating seed plate of the seeder maintain a level state during the sowing process.
The leveling device of the invention is an electromechanical leveling device based on PLC controller, which adopts a four-point support structure to control the rise and fall of three legs for leveling, and can accurately realize the angle adjustment in two directions. In the leveling process of the device, a two-angle digital level is first installed on the beam of the vibrating seed plate of the planter. The level can display the tilting angle of the x and y axes in two vertical directions in real time. According to the leveling rules, the legs that need to be adjusted are determined, and the rise and fall of the legs are controlled by controlling the rotation of the motor, so as to realize the leveling of the planter, which provides conditions for the realization of air-suction vibration disc type field seedling precision sowing.
The invention has the advantages of:
(1) The leveling device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, easy control, short leveling time and high accuracy.
(2) The leveling device is compact in structure and driven by motor, with high working efficiency, and can adapt to the leveling under harsh environment.
(3) For adjusting the level, when the tilt angle is greater than the set value, we can control the switch to achieve fast movement of the leg. When the angle is less than the set value, the support leg moves slowly, which not only shortens the leveling time, but also helps to improve the accuracy of leveling.
(4) The combination of mechanical support transmission technology and signal acquisition and control technology enhances the practicability and reliability of the device.
