Precision seeding has become the main feature of modern seeding technology. The pneumatic suction vibrating disc precision seeder for field seedling cultivation is to make the material form "quasi-fluid" by the vibration of the seed plate, so that the seeds can be separated from each other, and the pneumatic suction parts can complete the precision sowing. In the working process of precision seeder, it is necessary to add seed box continuously. The seed adding box is arranged on both sides of the seed tray, and the seeds are distributed at both ends of the seed box. The thickness of the seed layer is not uniform, which affects the "boiling" movement of the seeds and is not conducive to seed suction. A set of seed layer uniform control device is needed to make the seed layer thickness in the seed tray return to the uniform state after adding seed, so as to facilitate the seed suction movement. When working, the servo motor drives the movable seed brush to move back and forth automatically along the horizontal axis direction of the seed tray, so that the seeds in the seed tray of the precision seeder are evenly distributed. The uniform control device of seed layer is simple, convenient, safe and reliable, and provides conditions for realizing the precision sowing of air-sucking vibrating disk type field seedling cultivation.

The invention has the advantages of:

(2) The shear pin safety coupling is applied to the uniform device. When the device fails, it will not be damaged and the reliability of the uniform control device increases.

(3) The servo motor can be used to control moving speed of the mobile seed brush, round trip times and other operating parameters, so as to humanize the device and improve the comfort of the operator.
