Technical field

Technology background

This will reduce the life of the coupler if the problem is light, but it can also affect the normal operation of the equipment if seriously.

The magnetic coupler, as a form of new transmission, uses the magnetic force generated by permanent magnet materials to realize the non-contact transmission of torque, reduces the loss of transmission components and prolongs the service life of related components. Based on the above advantages, magnetic couplers have gradually replaced mechanical couplings in some fields to transfer torque and power. However, compared with traditional couplers, magnetic couplers are not strong on load. Therefore, it is an important research direction of expanding the application range if high-power and high-torque output of magnetic couplers can be realized.

A three-cylinder permanent magnet governor is disclosed in Chinese patent CN201520148142.2. The invention adopts a three-cylinder structure. The upper and lower ends of the permanent magnet are arranged with copper conductors, which are surrounded by permanent magnets. The magnet works on both sides to generate eddy currents in the copper conductor and realize the transmission of torque. However, the invention adopts unilateral structure and the shape, magnetization and arrangement of permanent magnets adopt traditional methods. In some cases, the carrying capacity may be insufficient.

The magnetic coupler of the invention adopts a bilateral structure, and the two adjacent permanent magnets are one pole and the magnetizing directions are perpendicular to each other, so that the magnetic field intensity is greatly improved. The adjacent surfaces of permanent magnets in different magnetizing directions tilt at a certain angle to enhance the self-shielding effect of the coupler, so that the output of high power and large torque can be realized.

The Chinese patent CN201210434324.7 discloses a magnetic governor with automatic speed change and its speed regulation method. Through gear drive and thread drive, the matrix of the two driven discs move towards or against each other along the axis, so as to change the thickness of the air gap between the driven disc and the driving disc to achieve speed regulation.

However, in the speed regulation process of the invention, the speed regulation device will be affected by the huge axial force between the driven disk and the driving disk, which requires higher output power of the servo motor. At the same time, the servo motor is set on the rotation axis, and the servo motor will rotate accordingly when working, which will have an impact on the actual speed regulation process. In the speed-regulating device of the invention, the influence of the axial force of the magnetic coupler is small and the output torque of the servo motor is low. In addition, because the speed-regulating device of the invention does not rotate with the rotation of the drive shaft and the driven shaft, the servo motor can be fixed and installed. Therefore, the speed-regulating device is more practical and easy to realize.
