The invention relates to the technical field of transmission in mechanical engineering, and relates to a transmission device which realizes torque transmission through non-contact connection, in particular to a disk-type speed regulating magnetic coupler based on bevel gear transmission. It can be applied to large vibration between the motor and the load, as a transmission system of power transmission and speed regulation.
Technical background
Magnetic coupler uses the magnetic field generated by permanent magnets to transmit force and motion. The use of magnetic coupler for speed regulation of fans and pumps can make up for the deficiency of frequency converters in specific occasions. On the one hand, the structural characteristics of the physical separation of the main and slave disks in magnetic coupler can make it work normally in a variety of harsh environments. In thermal power plants, coal mines and other bad occasions filled with coal powder, soot, corrosive gas, magnetic coupler can still drive the fan, pump type variable load operate stably, with strong reliability, low maintenance cost, and high production efficiency.
On the other hand, the use of magnetic coupler can also greatly reduce the power consumption. When the working speed and flow rate of fans and pumps are controlled at 80% of the rated value, the energy consumption is 64% of the rated power, greatly saving energy and production costs. In addition to energy saving, being suitable for harsh working environment and high reliability, magnetic coupler used in fan, pump variable load generally also has the following advantages: (1) the main and slave disk separation; having good vibration isolation and overload protection performance, realizing soft start; (2) simple component structure, low cost of manufacturing, assembly and equipment maintenance; (3) no high frequency current, no high harmonic and electromagnetic interference; (4) Speed regulating mechanism is a pure mechanical non-electronic device, tolerating a certain error in the center, high reliability, and long system life.
Jiangsu University discloses an adjustable meshing area asynchronous magnetic torque converter and its speed regulation method in patent 201210434367.5. A pair of meshing bevel gears are controlled by a micro motor, and the rotation of the motor is transformed into the axial displacement of the inner rotor matrix by the output bevel gears driven by screw rotation. Thus, the speed regulation is realized by adjusting the meshing area between the permanent magnet and the copper bar.
In this invention, the axial displacement of the dial block is transformed into the circumferential rotation of the large bevel gear sleeve through the large bevel gear sleeve; the rotational motion of the N pole (or S pole) permanent magnet is finally realized through the meshing of the bevel gear, and the average positive opposite area and air gap spacing between part of the permanent magnet and the conductor ring are changed. At the same time, the alternating arrangement of N and S poles is also changed, so as to adjust the magnetic density of the air gap to achieve speed regulation.
Advantages of the invention
(1) There is a non-contact coordination between the driving disk and the driven disk, and the magnetic tight transmission torque through the air gap between the main and slave driving disks can effectively solve many problems in the rotation process, such as centering, soft starting, overload protection and vibration isolation.
(2) In this invention the traditional way of changing the air gap spacing or the positive area between the permanent magnet and the conductor ring is not completely used, but it gradually changes the alternating arrangement of the N and S poles of the permanent magnet when changing the average positive area and the air gap spacing between the partial permanent magnet (the total part of the permanent magnet) and the conductor ring. It can adjust the speed without changing the overall relative position of the master and slave disk, and make full use of the space.
