Carbon-free fuel burner design
The power system based on the combustion of carbon-free fuel (such as hydrogen, ammonia) has the remarkable advantage of zero carbon emission, and has broad application prospects in power equipment, aerospace, communication and other fields. In view of the problems caused by the reduction of burner size, such as the narrowing of stable combustion range and the reduction of combustion efficiency, we came up with a variety of solutions, including: multi-fuel unpremixed burner, catalytic burner, swirl burner, blunt body burner, jet burner, porous medium burner, etc., as shown in the following figures. The combustion characteristics and optimal combustion scheme of related fuels are obtained, and higher combustion efficiency and combustion limit can be obtained. The related technology and theory can be applied to aerospace, pollutant control, automotive power equipment and other fields, and has great application value and market development potential.
Design of heat storage tank and heat storage materials
The peak regulation and frequency regulation of heat and electricity storage technology and the important means of maintaining the safe operation of the power grid are important technical paths related to the 3060 dual-carbon policy, of which heat storage is the core advantage of solar thermal power. We have carried out research on the single tank oblique temperature layer heat storage technology, and proposed the use of supercritical CO2 instead of water/steam as heat transfer medium, relying on the special physical properties of supercritical CO2, to obtain more excellent heat transfer performance. This technology has great application value and market development potential, which can make similar products have stronger competitiveness. The technology is still being developed and researched.
We hope to cooperate with relevant enterprises to further develop relevant technologies according to the needs of enterprises, expect to obtain good economic and social benefits, establish long-term cooperation models such as technical services, consulting, product development and talent training, and jointly apply for provincial and municipal scientific projects to achieve win-win.
