Brief introduction of project results
The combination of compressed air water jet water mist fire extinguishing and foam fire extinguishing is composed of air collector, compressed air water nozzle, suction chamber, throat, diffusion tube, detachable blowing net and compressed air water mixing tube. When using compressed air water jet fine water mist to extinguish fire, the detachable blowing net is removed, compressed air and water from the normal fire pump are premixed through the compressed air water mixer, entering the compressed air water full jet nozzle through the bypass pipe, and then spraying into compressed air water jet fine water mist to extinguish fire. When pressurized water jet foam is used to extinguish fire, a detachable blowing net is installed. The compressed air and water from the normal fire pump are premixed through the pressurized water mixer, enter the proportional mixer, and pump the foam liquid in the foam liquid tank to form the pressurized water foam mixture, and enter the pressurized water full jet nozzle through the mixing pipe to form the foam liquid to extinguish the fire.
Performance Indicators
It has the function of water mist fire extinguishing and compressed air foam fire extinguishing; It has the advantages of efficient fire extinguishing performance, safety and environmental protection, small water consumption, fast reaction time, low cost, low electrical conductivity, no need for confined space, etc. The system pressure is lower than 1Mpa, the nozzle aperture is greater than 4mm, and it overcomes the defects of high working pressure and high water quality requirements of high pressure water mist system; The compressed air and fire water were atomized for three times, the droplets were fine, the atomization effect was better than the existing 10Mpa high pressure water mist, and the water consumption was less; The compressed air, fire water and foam liquid are foamed multiple times in the pressurized air water mixer, nozzles, jet flow air pipes and foaming nets. The foaming ratio is higher and the fire extinguishing effect is better.

It is mainly used to extinguish Class B fires. Especially in the petroleum, chemical, and other industries.
