Brief introduction of project results

Ladle baking is an important process before steel production, and its baking effect is related to whether the next process is smooth or not, and even the quality of the product. For this reason, we have developed a new type of gas jet ladle roaster. As a new type of gas combustion equipment, the gas jet roaster has the advantages of easy ignition at room temperature, electronic automatic ignition, no fire, no flame, and reasonable ratio of air and gas combustion. The roaster can adjust the gap between the valve body and the pipeline according to the heating value and pressure of the gas, so that the ratio of gas and air is always within a reasonable range, the combustion efficiency of the gas is improved, and the combustion efficiency can reach more than 98%.

Performance indicators

(1) Baking end point temperature ≥1200℃;

(2) Burner life ≥24 months;

(3) The use of electronic automatic igniter to ensure the safety of the operation;

(4) The gas jet roaster does not need the fan to supply air, saving the annual operation consumption of the fan.

Market prospect: Compared with regenerative ladle roaster, the beam ladle roaster has the advantages of simple structure, convenient and safe operation, high energy saving, and can recover the cost in less than one year, and has broad development prospects.
