Brief introduction of project results

On the basis of optimizing the modified formula and processing technology, this project develops a variety of 3D printing wire and corresponding 3D printing complete sets of technologies, such as nylon, ABS, PETG, PLA, high-toughness PC+ composite materials, TPU based composite materials and flexible high-elastic materials, which are not only suitable for 3D printing engineering components with high mechanical strength. It can also be used for printing soft clothing or wearable products.


Performance indicators

Wire purity, good fluidity, molecular weight distribution index MW/Mn≤2.2, wire diameter 1.75±0.03mm.


Scope of application and market prospects

It can be used for new products development and verification in the field of mold, hand plate, auto parts, industrial machinery parts, crafts and clothing and so on.


Investment estimates

The investment amount is 1 million yuan.
