Brief introduction of project results

High reliability servo motor series is mainly used for aircraft rudder surface, high quality servo mechanism, etc.. The motor multi-phase winding independent drive technology was used to achieve electrical, magnetic and thermal decoupling, significantly enhancing the reliability of the motor. By reducing the design redundancy, the power to weight ratio of the motor system is improved. The rotor adopts coreless magnetic array with high efficiency and small inertia, which lays a solid foundation for improving the dynamic performance of electric steering gear.
