By applying the preparation method constructed by SON to the development of pressure sensor, the pressure sensor chip system integrating absolute pressure, differential pressure or both can be made without airtight packaging, and the pressure sensor chip system can realize multi-range and high-sensitivity pressure measurement, as well as the co-measurement of absolute pressure and relative pressure, static pressure and dynamic pressure. It can be applied to smart phones, wearable devices, etc., to measure altitude, assist navigation and indoor positioning. Differential pressure sensors can measure small changes in dynamic pressure, and can also be used in portable ventilators, robotic equipment, environmental monitoring and other fields.
