Submersible non-clogging sewage pump and its computer aided hydraulic design software are put forward innovatively. The series products of non-clogging sewage pump are designed and developed, and the optimal design software package is established.
The product structure is novel. For the first time, a variety of sealing structures such as the power seal of the auxiliary impeller and its sand control device are used, the intelligent monitoring and protection system of "three-color" fault diagnosis is developed, and the automatic coupling installation device is developed. The results are original practical and valuable.
The product has been tested by the machinery industry drainage and irrigation machinery product quality testing center. It has the characteristics of no blockage, good anti-winding performance, strong passing ability, and its average efficiency is higher than the current standard specification value of 6 ~ 10%. The comprehensive technical indicators reach the current international advanced level of similar products, ranking in the domestic leading level.

Main technical parameters: Q=10 ~ 7000m3/h, H=6 ~ 45m, n=580 ~ 2900r/min, P=0.75 ~ 315kW. The length of the fiber is greater than 200 ~ 800mm, and the diameter of the solid particle is greater than 20 ~ 200mm.
Scope of application, market prospects
Scope of application: Mainly used in municipal, environmental protection, mining, industrial and agricultural water supply and drainage and other industries, and it is also one of the main equipment of sewage treatment project.
Market prospects: sewage treatment plants with a daily treatment capacity is less than 250,000 tons. Pump stations with submersible sewage pumps require high performance friction pairs in engineering biopharmaceuticals and other fields.
