Brief introduction of project
Through the effective recovery of vehicle driving, the vibration energy in the process of people's life can be converted into electricity, and the collection and reuse of electricity in the range of 1mW-100W can be realized. It can not only effectively solve the high maintenance and renewal costs of the vehicle power supply system, reduce the safety risks and pollution risks of the internal battery power supply, but also greatly reduce the external load pressure of the vehicle power supply, effectively improving the effective range of new energy vehicles, and extending the service life of the vehicle power supply. At the same time, the industry chain of life science and technology products is derived, and the products are more daily, lightweight and portable.
At present, the prototype is also formed, and provides the core technology and prototype for Japan's Mitsuha Company, and enters the market and promotes the product in Japan. At the same time, we reached cooperation intention with well-known enterprises such as SAIC Motor and Geely Automobile, and provided prototypes for them based on the strategy of independent research and development of core technologies and outsourcing of production technologies.
Performance indicators
With the increasingly low power consumption, integration and intelligence of intelligent detection systems, there is an urgent need for a wide variety of sensors to detect a variety of vehicle environmental information. However, how to stably supply power to sensors and establish a green and low-carbon vehicle sensor integrated system has become an urgent problem to be solved. The recovery power of up to 10μW can provide power support for the radio frequency identification system, up to 100μW can supply power for the sensor. Therefore, when the output power reaches 1mW, it can achieve self-sufficiency in the power of the vehicle sensor and a variety of other small and micro electrical equipment, and if up to 1W-100W, it can be used for mobile phones, laptops and power tools.
