Brief introduction of project results
The invention develops a magnetic control damper with high frequency anti-impact energy dissipation characteristics. The main piston cylinder is filled with MR Shear thickening material, which has dual characteristics of magnetic sensitivity and rate sensitivity, and adopts double piston rod to realize adjustable permanent magnetic field to adapt to high frequency impact load. The secondary piston cylinder is filled with MR Plastic body, which has magnetic sensitive characteristics, and adopts excitation coil to realize continuous variable damping to adapt to the environment of different vibration excitation frequency.

The secondary piston cylinder is filled with MR Plastic body, which is magnetically sensitive, and the excitation coil is used to realize continuous variable damping, so as to adapt to the vibration response of different excitation frequencies. At the same time, in view of the problem that the damping force of traditional MR Dampers is small under large amplitude and low frequency vibration, under small displacement vibration, only the main piston works, which can adapt to the high-frequency impact vibration under small amplitude; while under large displacement vibration, the main and auxiliary pistons work together, and the output of the impact dampers is significantly improved.
Structurally, a half ring B is arranged in the groove opened on the outer rod of the main piston, which can better fix the MR Shear thickened sandwich round plate.
