Brief introduction of project results
Catalytic infrared heating with natural gas as a heat source is an energy saving heating method that has been highly concerned in the world. For a long time, the design and manufacturing technology of catalytic infrared emitter is in the hands of developed countries. This research group has completed the development of catalytic infrared emitter and its serialized heating equipment with independent intellectual property rights, and cultivated the first enterprise capable of manufacturing catalytic infrared emitter in China, completely replacing imports.
It has been successfully applied in the following fields: (1) processing of agricultural products, such as killing, insecticide, mildew and drying of agricultural products; (2) Kitchen cooking, such as barbecue, baking, etc.; (3) Other industrial fields, such as the rapid drying of paint for mechanical products, leather drying, the treatment of harmful laboratory exhaust gases, and so on.
This achievement has obtained 8 authorized invention patents and 2 technical achievements through identification.
Technical characteristics
The characteristics of the results are: (1) the energy saving effect is remarkable, and the energy consumption is about 50% of the electric infrared and 20% of the hot air, which has irreplaceable value in reducing the production cost; (2) The environmental effect is significant, there is no pollutant emission problem, and it is a clean heating method to replace coal.
Scope of application and market prospects
Applicable scope is agricultural products and food processing enterprises, paint drying enterprises, leather enterprises.
With the rapid development of society, energy consumption and environmental pollution have become two bottleneck problems facing the development of global industries. Catalytic infrared is a kind of energy saving and clean energy, which is highly concerned by advanced and developed countries. The results of this project have been applied to industrial paint drying in 8 large manufacturing enterprises in China, and have also been applied to high-quality leather drying and laboratory waste gas treatment, and have begun to be applied to the dehydrating processing of vegetables, so there is a broad market development space.
