Brief introduction of project results
This project proposes the LMMSE channel estimation scheme based on superposition pilot for low-precision ADC massive MIMO system, optimizes the connection mode of hybrid beamforming antenna array for millimeter wave massive MIMO system, presents the optimal quantization bit configuration scheme, and proposes the low-complexity uplink signal detection scheme based on Landweber method. A low complexity pre-coding scheme based on matrix polynomials is designed, and a low complexity Angle domain signal detection scheme for millimeter wave massive MIMO system is proposed by transforming the signal into Angle domain and performing space compression. The research results of this project will help to promote the practical application of massive MIMO systems.
Performance indicators
The proposed LMMSE channel estimation scheme based on superposition pilot adopts 1-bit quantization under 100 base station antennas and 10 user scenarios, and the transmission rate can reach 13bit/channel use, which improves the performance by 30% compared with the traditional time-division pilot scheme. In the proposed low complexity signal detection scheme, the bit error rate performance is improved by about 2dB compared with the existing scheme under 100 base station antennas and 20 user scenarios. The proposed low complexity angular signal detection scheme is about 4dB higher than the existing scheme.
Scope of application and market prospects
The results of this project are applicable to the field of mobile communication terminals and equipment manufacturing, and can also be used in other scenarios using massive MIMO communication.
