Brief introduction of project results

Intelligent bait and drug application automatic operation ship is mainly used for automatic and precise feeding and drug application of shrimp and crab aquaculture such as crabs and lobsters.

The automatic bait-feeding and drug application ship is a double floating platform structure driven by paddle wheel. It adopts GPS, GIS technology and inertial navigation to realize the autonomous navigation function. 4G/5G/GPRS technology and mobile APP technology are used to achieve remote monitoring, and it plans the route of the working ship independently by optimizing the technology. The embedded system is used as the on-board controller, and the control algorithm with independent intellectual property rights realizes the precise tracking of the set course and the precise control of the set speed.

Through automatic detection and control of feeding quantity, establishment of feeding machine's feeding model and optimization of boat's traveling path, the uniformity of feeding density distribution on aquaculture surface was realized. The uniform distribution of drug concentration in aquaculture water was realized through automatic detection and control of drug dosage, establishment of drug spraying model of drug applicator, optimization of ship traveling path and so on.

The boat is equipped with a gear on the paddle motor shaft, grooves at the bottom of the other end of the floating body, and installs a removable roller, and realizes the pond turning operation by means of the rack and track laid on the embankment between ponds. After the feeding operation is finished, automatic docking can be realized. After the fishermen finish adding materials and start the operation boat with a key, the bait and drug operation can be automatically completed without human intervention, and the task is automatically berthed at the dock after completion.

Performance indicators

The average error of linear navigation is less than 50cm, and the bait load is more than 100kg. Continuous feeding operation speed ≥400m2/min;

Liquid load ≥40L; Continuous application speed ≥1000m2/min;

The density control accuracy of feeding bait along the course is ≥ 95% or the weight of remaining (or insufficient) bait at the end of the feeding operation is less than 1kg.


Scope of application and market prospects

This product is suitable for efficient and accurate feeding and application of crab and lobster. In 2020, the national crab farming area will reach 10 million mu, while the national lobster farming area will also be about 10 million mu.

The use of this product can significantly improve the utilization rate of feed, reduce labor, improve the quality of crab and lobster, and promote the quality and efficiency of crab and lobster farming industry, and has broad application prospects.
