Brief introduction of project results
In view of the problem that the existing hydraulic electric energy regenerative suspension is completely composed of oil, the density of oil is large, the flow rate is slow, and the energy regenerative loop damper cannot provide sufficient damping force in real time when the vehicle is subjected to large vibration, which affects the ride comfort of the vehicle, this project designs an inflatable hydraulic electric energy regenerative suspension. It can improve the defects of the traditional hydraulic energy regenerative suspension in energy regenerative efficiency and suspension damping force, further reduce the abnormal noise of the suspension, prevent the cavitation phenomenon in the suspension hydraulic circuit, and improve the grounding of the tire.
Performance indicators
The inflatable hydro-electric regenerative suspension described in this project can filter 20% of vertical body vibration and improve tire grounding compared to traditional passive suspension. The energy recovery efficiency of this project is 10% higher than that of traditional energy-fed suspension. At the same time, compared with the ordinary hydraulic energy regenerative suspension, the suspension system can completely avoid the cavitation phenomenon in the hydraulic circuit of the suspension and improve the grounding of the tire.
Scope of application and market prospects
It is suitable for four-wheel vehicle suspension system, which can further improve the damping performance of vehicle system and improve the energy feed efficiency. At present, the development of new energy vehicles is getting better and better, but new energy vehicles still have the problem of short driving range and long charging time. Therefore, more and more new energy vehicle companies are seeking solutions for vehicle energy recovery, such as brake energy recovery and vibration energy recovery. The inflatable hydro-electric energy regenerative suspension described in this project can not only improve the ride comfort of the vehicle, but also recover the vertical vibration energy of the vehicle to further supplement the battery power of the new energy vehicle, which is suitable for the high-end new energy vehicle market, and the prospect is very good.
