Brief introduction of project results

The research shows that hydraulic transmission can effectively reduce the weight of paddy field machine chassis, and folding steering can effectively reduce the turning radius. A fully hydraulic folding chassis of paddy field machine was invented. The chassis is mainly as follows:

(1) The waist folding mechanism is adopted, the chassis is divided into the front and rear chassis, and the middle is connected by the waist folding mechanism. The folding mechanism has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, flexible turning and small turning radius.

(2) Full hydraulic chassis, including hydraulic steering, hydraulic transmission system is adopted. Hydraulic steering with folding mechanism can reduce the complexity of steering structure. Hydraulic transmission replaces the traditional mechanical transmission, reducing the weight of the chassis and achieving lightweight design.

Performance indicators

The weight of the machine is about 1 ton, and the turning radius is 1.5 meters.

Scope of application and market prospects

The full hydraulic folding chassis of paddy field machine has the characteristics of light weight, flexible turning and small turning radius, which can better adapt to the muddy conditions in paddy field. It is widely used in rice field operation all over the country.
