Local models were established for the air side and the coolant side respectively, and the effects of heating (cooling) temperature on physical property parameters were considered to study the flow and heat transfer performance between the fluid and the inner/outer fins. Through the reasonable simplification of automobile radiator, the whole calculation model of radiator is established. Compared with the direct simulation scheme of the whole model, the calculation amount is greatly simplified.

The developed quick calculation software can use all the previous experimental data of the enterprise into the software, and help the enterprise to evaluate the heat transfer performance of the designed structure in advance when the heat exchanger is designed, playing a role in forecasting and evaluating, and reducing the workload.
