Changzhou Jiangsu University Institute of Engineering and Technology was awarded “Changzhou 2018 Excellent Institution in Tech Services” for its outstanding work in provisions of tech services for companies in Changzhou in 2018.

In 2018, Changzhou Institute had organized seminars on agricultural equipment, automobile, electric motor with Luoxi, Menghe, Luoyang Counties, visited nearly 80 companies and collected over 300 technical needs. 44 contracts were signed; three university-industry-research bases and an intelligent farm demonstration base were established. Changzhou Institute also joined Changzhou IP Protection Centre, which enabled patent applications to be authorized within 3 months—the fast pass for authorizing patents.
