Large-scale preparation of three-dimensional graphene and its composites

Large-scale preparation of high-grade three-dimensional graphene (graphene aerogel)is achieved by using catalytic cracking of specific organic matter or natural materials, and quasi-chemical vapor deposition method. On this basis, highly dispersed metal nanoparticles loaded three-dimensional graphene composite materials can be prepared. This technology has been declared more than 10 invention patents, many of which have been authorized. Pilot production has been completed, and the technology is mature. The product performance is stable.

The three-dimensional graphene and its composites obtained by this method have good porosity, large porosity, large specific surface area (more than 200m2/g). They are not easy to aggregate, and do not need special processes such as reduction and ultrasonic dispersion. The nano-metal particles or oxides can be loaded in the pores of graphene in limited domain, which has good dispersion and high cost performance. It can be widely used in the preparation of supercapacitor electrode materials, lithium/sodium ion battery electrode materials, high-performance adsorption materials, electromagnetic shielding materials, absorbing materials, stealth materials, anticorrosive coatings, catalyst carriers, photoelectric chemical catalytic materials and other fields.
