Background technique
Sowing is an important technical links in the agricultural production process, and sower then is a core component of realizing the mechanization precise sowing. In recent years, cultivated area of super hybridization rice in China constantly enlarge. Compare with conventional rice, super hybridization rice has advantages such as tall and big plant type, sturdy stem stalk, strong tillering ability, and larger panicle. All adopts sparse plantation, forming the high yield group: the conventional rice of average specific is planted 5000~7000 caves for every mu less, which has proposed higher standard to the sowing seedling-cultivation technique, requiring seeding accuracy to be increased by 1~2/cave.
At present, the mechanization level of China's rice planting is relatively low, and rice cultivation is still dominated by traditional manual seedling rearing and transplanting methods with big labour intensity and low production efficiency. Uneven sowing, complicated process, and large seed consumption are also the problems. The investment cost of the popularization of factory planting is high, which is not compatible with the development level of rural economy of our country. With rising rice transplanting mechanized degree, China pays more and more attention to the innovation and development of seedling-cultivation technique.
For many years experimental study and demonstration, the technology of double film seedling cultivation and plastic floppy disk seedling cultivation has been developed, that is, the plastic floppy disk or perforated film is used as the lining material, and the plastic film is used after sowing with soil to increase temperature and regulate humidity. Compared with factory seedling cultivation, it has realized low cost, simple and standardized seedling cultivation, showing distinct economic and practical advantages. The increase of leakage rate of mechanical transplanting caused by the poor evenness and low efficiency of sowing seedlings has become the bottleneck of mechanization of rice planting in our country. Therefore, it is urgent to study a kind of efficient and low-cost field precision seeding machinery which is compatible with field seedling rearing technology and affordable for farmers.
Summary of the invention
The present invention is designed to realize field precision growing seedlings such as super rice with irregular shape and small and medium-sized grains, so as to solve the problems of poor sowing uniformity and low efficiency of artificial sowing in the field at present, which is easy to miss planting seedlings during machine transplanting. While the high cost of industrial seedling cultivation is not suitable for agricultural production in our country.
The invention relates to precision field grain seeder with an air-sucking vibrating disc type, which is mainly used for precision seeding and seedling cultivation of small and medium-sized grains with irregular shapes, such as super rice, and comprises a field walking frame, a power source, a positive and negative air pressure source, a vibrating seed plate mechanism, a handheld copying sucker and a control unit. The vibrating seed plate mechanism and the positive and negative pressure source are installed on the field walking frame and powered by a small gasoline engine.
The excitation of the vibrating seed plate produces upward throwing motion, separating seeds from each other. Through reasonable adjustment of the vibration parameters of the seed plate, the seeds showed a "boiling" motion state, which can significantly enhance mobility and reduce suction resistance. On the sucker panel, the shape and arrangement of the suction hole can be changed according to the different sowing object. The invention realizes precise seedling cultivation and sowing of small grain in the field, effectively improving seeding efficiency and uniformity, and reducing seedling cultivation cost. It has no high requirement on seed size and no damage to seeds.
