1. Brief introduction of project
China is the world's largest producer and consumer of fresh table grapes. By 2021, the grape production has exceeded 14.5 million tons, and grape ear harvesting has become the most labor-consuming operation in the grape industry. Traditional grape harvesting relies on artificial AIDS, which cannot avoid problems such as low harvesting efficiency, increased labor cost and serious fruit breakage. Grape picking robot has high harvesting efficiency, low maintenance cost, autonomous navigation, which is the key solution of the unmanned harvesting operation of fresh table grapes.
This achievement realized a series of intelligent key technologies, such as "hand-eye" fast large-tolerance positioning method,and "one-eye two-arm" high-speed parallel operation. By speculating fruit stem positioning and terminal clipping - grasping and grape ear harvesting was accomplished quickly. Multi-feature information of tree row and ear was integrated to form an autonomous start-stop navigation method for row, which realized high-speed harvesting and autonomous walking of the robot under the horizontal trellis of grapes.
2. performance indicators
The success rate of picking is 92%; harvesting efficiency 700-800 ears/hour; the damage rate is less than 5%; the extraction rate is 90%.

Medium and large scale standardized horizontal trellised viticultural orchards.

Based on technical cooperation requirements, make corresponding budget estimates.
