Brief introduction of project results
Food safety concerns the health and safety of our people. Overuse of antibiotics can lead to residues in tissues or dairy products, which can cause harm to the human body through the food chain. Aminoglycoside antibiotics, because of their low price and good antibacterial effect, are not only widely used in clinical practice, but also can promote the growth of animals. However, aminoglycoside antibiotics have obvious nephrotoxicity, ototoxicity and vestibular nerve function damage, and can cause shock and even death in severe cases. China's agricultural industry standard NY5045-2008 "Pollution-free food fresh milk" clearly stipulates that "antibiotics shall not be detected" in milk. China, the European Union, Japan and the United States have established the maximum residue limits of aminoglycoside antibiotics (kanamycin, streptomycin, gentamicin). Antigen-based immunoassay has become an important means of rapid screening in the field of food safety. This project has successfully obtained the key raw materials - specific monoclonal antibodies against kanamycin, streptomycin, gentamicin and corresponding antigens, with complete independent intellectual property rights; And we have a single or multiple aminoglycoside antibiotics rapid detection technology, with convenience, high sensitivity, visualization and other advantages.
Performance indicators
The minimum detection limits were 0.13 ng/mL (kanamycin), 1.37 ng/mL (streptomycin), 0.026 ng/mL (gentamicin).
Scope of application and market prospects
Scope of application: The technology is suitable for the detection and rapid screening of aminoglycoside antibiotics in the field of food safety;
Market prospect: This project has mastered the core raw materials, and reduced the production cost. The detection index is far lower than the residue limit standard, and the sensitivity is high. According to customer requirements, customized testing products can be provided. It has strong market competitiveness and broad application prospects.
