Brief introduction of project results
For the unmanned operation of multi-model agricultural machinery, this project has developed a cross-platform navigation and decision software and its data protocol, which integrates navigation signal processing, whole field path planning, automatic obstacle avoidance and path tracking and decision making, etc. After integrating with external pose sensor, angle sensor and navigation controller, the whole field unmanned driving of agricultural machinery can be realized. The software system is programmed with Qt/C++ and multi-thread technology, which is easy to deploy on embedded and X86 hardware platforms, and has been used and tested on industrial computers and ARM platforms respectively.
Secondly, the project developed chip-level integrated positioning module and controller module, which have the characteristics of low cost and high reliability, easy to integrate with the above navigation and decision system, high integration degree and easy maintenance.
Performance indicators
At present, this achievement has 1 software copyright, 6 invention patent applications, and 1 PCT applications. In actual operation, the output decision parameter update rate is greater than 20Hz, the lateral position error is less than 3cm (RMS), and the software can run stably at the interface refresh rate of 50Hz.
Scope of application and market prospects
It is suitable for intelligent agricultural machinery in intelligent agriculture, such as automatic driving of agricultural machinery and remote scheduling management.
