Brief introduction of project results
This project designed and prepared a variety of tissue source of acellular scaffolds, and a variety of modifications and modifications. It can be used as a filler for tissue defects, a carrier for cell transplantation, and a model for cell research in vitro. The transplantation of ectodermal mesenchymal stem cells into the site of spinal cord injury in rats can promote the repair of spinal cord injury. It is now in the animal testing stage. The subject was approved a national invention patent.
