Brief introduction of project results

Through the secondary development of CAD, the establishment of a database (design manual) and the implantation of design functions, the design and experience of the enterprise can be solidified into the software, and the fast parameter input, design calculation and output of drawings, models, parameters or documents can be realized. Achievements to date include:

 1. Software development of support hanger product design based on AutoCAD

The software can design and calculate the support and hanger products according to user input, and realize the automatic output of assembly drawing and related parts drawing.

2. Developed tire section parameter measurement software based on AutoCAD

The software can measure the relevant parameters of the tire through the photos of the tire section under the AutoCAD system, and output to the EXCEL document.

3. Construction of automotive electromagnetic brake integrated development platform based on UG

The platform can realize the bidirectional association between UG model base and SQL Sever database, and realize the automatic update of the model through the association. The platform can call the optimization algorithm of Matlab to realize the optimization design of electromagnetic brake.
