Brief introduction of project results
According to the special requirements of strawberry transplanting, the principle innovation is carried out, which is coordinated with the agronomic reform of directional cutting seedling breeding and "planting before irrigation", and new technical solutions such as elevated photoelectric arc array navigation, high ridge full wheel motor copying chassis, accurate positioning of seedlings and one-insert automatic disc changing are proposed. The two-side four-row elevated strawberry seedling autonomous transplanter and cross-row double-row high-ridge strawberry seedling autonomous transplanter were developed to realize the autonomous perforation transplanter with little manual intervention.
Performance indicators
The elevated strawberry autonomous transplanter has passed the provincial prototype performance test. The coefficient of variation of plant spacing, row spacing and row straightness of transplanting is 4.67%, 6.55% and 5.77%, respectively, which is significantly higher than manual operation. The average success rate and transplanting efficiency reached 95.3% and 1047.8 plants /h, respectively.
Scope of application and market prospects
In our country, strawberry cultivation generally adopts small arch shed semi-facilitated cultivation, common greenhouse and solar greenhouse facilitated cultivation. This project can solve the problem of strawberry transplantation, fill the gap in the market, and has a great market prospect.
