Brief introduction of project results
As an outstanding representative of emerging photovoltaic technology, perovskite solar cells have the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and simple preparation process, and have attracted the common attention of scientific researchers and industry in various countries since their first appearance in 2009. We mainly focus on interface functional materials and interface defect process optimization of perovskite solar cells, and have designed and developed a series of low-cost and high-efficiency interface materials, which can effectively reduce the cost of perovskite. At the same time, we design and develop new materials to improve device performance while effectively improving long-term stability.
Performance indicators
1. The efficiency of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite battery is greater than 23%, and the efficiency of all inorganic CsPbI2Br battery is greater than 17%.
2. The battery has good long-term stability, and the attenuation of room temperature and light performance is less than 15% for 1000 h.
3. The cost of interface transmission materials is low, which is one-fifth of traditional materials.
