Brief introduction of project results
The invention takes rice-wheat straw as the main carbon source and inorganic nitrogen as the main nitrogen source, and transfers the high-efficiency pure white rot bacteria in solid state culture to the first-stage fermentation medium of rice-wheat straw at a large inoculation amount, and then inoculates a series of lignocellulosic degrading bacteria and candida prion producing bacteria to cooperate with rapid degradation and transformation, and then adds Bacillus and saccharomyces cerevisiae for second-stage fermentation. The finished product was obtained by three stage fermentation of lactic acid bacteria.
Performance indicators
The straw biological feed lignin is greatly reduced, the true protein is increased to more than 11%, the raw material does not need sterilization, the finished product does not need drying treatment, the bacterial enzyme is rich, and the production cost is extremely low. As a high-quality roughage or concentrate of cattle and sheep, the added amount can reach more than 50%, and the added amount can also be about 3-10% to the single stomach animal, which is suitable for large-scale production. Feeding and economic effects are obvious.
