Research and application of precise proportioning equipment for agricultural biogas slurry

Brief introduction of project results

The invention belongs to the field of irrigation and fertilization of agricultural and forestry crops and plants, and it relates to research, development and application of precise proportioning of agricultural biogas slurry.

Biogas slurry irrigation can effectively replenish soil fertility and improve soil microbial diversity index, and the presence of plant growth hormones such as gibberellin in biogas slurry can promote plant growth. Therefore, biogas slurry irrigation can reduce the dependence of agricultural production on conventional water and fertilizer to a certain extent. 

However, the relevant technical equipment of biogas slurry returning to farmland is now the main factor limiting the reclamation of biogas slurry. The main methods of returning biogas slurry to farmland include diffuse irrigation, watering and spraying irrigation, etc. The common problem lies in the low degree of intellectualization and precision, which makes it difficult to accurately control the irrigation amount of biogas slurry in the actual process of returning biogas slurry to farmland. This poses a great irrigation risk to crop growth, soil quality and ecological environment.

The invention provides research and development of precise ratio equipment of agricultural biogas slurry, and develops a set of precise ratio device and control system of biogas slurry to realize accurate and controllable ratio of biogas slurry. It can greatly improve the precision and intelligence of biogas slurry matching equipment, and guarantee the safety of returning biogas slurry to the field. Compared with the existing technology, it has better practical value and advantages.

Performance index

The clean water inlet flow of the agricultural biogas slurry precision mixing equipment is 1.5m3/h, the biogas slurry inlet is 1.5m3/h, the fertilizer outlet flow is 3.2m3/h, the pressure of the fertilizer outlet is 0.27MPa, the daily power consumption is 10.8KW~11.7KW, the concentration ratio error of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is within 10%, and the fluctuation range of electrical conductivity is within 5%. The overall ratio of equipment has high accuracy and stability.


Scope of application

The invention is mainly applicable to sprinkler irrigation, micro-sprinkler irrigation and low-pressure pipe irrigation, such as the irrigation of rice, wheat, tea and other plants.

Investment conditions: mechanical design, ARM SCM system design, Internet of things, and other technical support conditions; or technology company/factory has electrical components, IT technical support, mechanical design and assembly conditions.

Investment cost: calculating according to equipment structure innovation and control system establishment, requiring to design the appearance of equipment and carry out prototype trial production.
